The NexGen CR Femoral Component offers true physician choice and patient specificity with left and right configurations in up to eight sizes, covering most indications. The NexGen CRA Femoral Component is intended for patients who, in the surgeon's judgement, have adequate mediolateral, anteroposterior, and varus/valgus ligament stability, yet require augmentation and/or stem extensions due to inadequate bone stock. NexGen® CR-Flex Fixed Bearing Knee

Specifically designed for the CR surgeon, the CR-Flex Knee represents an enhancement of the highly successful NexGen CR Knee. It's a good choice for CR patients because it offers new design elements that address not only high flexion, but many of the important issues faced by CR surgeons. For example, consider the knee that is tight in flexion and acceptable in extension. CR-Flex offers Minus size femoral components which are 2mm smaller in the A/P dimension. NexGen® Complete Knee Solution Legacy Knee Posterior Stabilized (LPS) LPS-Flex Fixed Bearing Knee
For patients with the ability and desire to perform high-flexion activities, implant design should not limit postoperative range of motion. The NexGen LPS-Flex Fixed Knee is designed to accommodate resumption of high-flexion daily activities. Attention to patient selection, surgical technique, implant size, and rehabilitation can help enhance the chances for success. Many activities of daily living require flexion beyond 120 degrees. Consider climbing stairs (75-140 degrees), sitting in a chair and standing up again (90-130 degrees),or squatting (130-150 degrees).¹ The LPS-Flex Fixed Knee extends the NexGen Complete Knee Solution to patients capable of up to 155 degrees of active flexion.  Read more >
