Acetabular Systems Uncemented

Alloclassic® Zweymüller® CSF Cup
Since it was first introduced and implanted in 1985 by AlloPro, the original CSF cup has continued to develop into a universal standard implant. Year after year the clinical success of this cementless cup system has been reconfirmed. The special design features, the basic conical shape and the large surface area of the self-tapping thread lamellae give the CSF cup excellent properties in terms of primary stability, biomechanics and secondary stability. According to our experience, they lead to a high probability of very good clinical results.
The Alloclassic Zweymüller CSF has already proved its worth more than 200'000 times, in both, primary and revision operations. Read more >

Alloclassic® Variall™ Cup
Uncemented screw cups are a reliable solution for many different indications if stable anchorage is achieved through the design, the thread construction and the material used. The Variall  screw cup with self-tapping thread meets these three requirements ideally. Read more >

The Allofit™ Acetabular Cup System
Patented Ridgelock™ surface designed for easy insertion and maximum stability
The Allofit system is designed to achieve maximum stability in virtually every press-fit situation. Since its introduction in 1993, more than 40,000 Allofit shells have been implanted. Mid-term results are outstanding.  Read more >

CLS® Spotorno Cup®
The biomechanical concept of the cup aims at maintaining the physiological elasticity of the acetabulum. Three rows of self-cutting teeth cut into the acetabulum during the expansion process and provide mechanical primary and rotational stability. The elasticity of the CLS expansion cup prevents relative motion between the implant and bone. This promotes the ongrowth of new bone and thus facilitates biological stabilisation by osseointegration. Read more >

Trilogy® Acetabular System
Building on Success
The Trilogy System builds on the success of the Harris/Galante Porous and HGP II Cups by combining proven features with new technology designed to inhibit the formation and migration of polyethylene debris. In doing so, Zimmer has provided multiple defense mechanisms against the poly debris that can be associated with osteolysis.  Read more >

Fitmore™ Cup
Primary stability of the prosthesis and achievement of secondary stability by osseointegration are decisive requirements for successful surgery and recovery. The uncemented Fitmore cup successfully fulfils these requirements. The design consists of a modular metal-backed cup utilising the press-fit concept, and incorporates further development of the proven Fitek™ and Armor™ cups. The design of the Fitmore cup sets standards, consistently aimed at good anchoring. The system is designed as a modular system and provides all tribological options. Read more >

Trabecular Metal™ Modular Acetabular System
The integration of Trabecular Metal material and modularity into a proven implant design results in a fusion of technology and versatility that not only meets surgeon demands for initial and long-term stability, but also provides a wide variety of shell and liner options to address specific patient needs.
