NexGen

NexGen® Complete Knee Solution Cruciate Retaining Augmentable (CRA)
The NexGen CRA Femoral Component is intended for patients who, in the surgeon's judgement, have adequate mediolateral, anteroposterior, and varus/valgus ligament stability, yet require augmentation and/or stem extensions due to inadequate bone stock. The NexGen CRA Femoral Component is available with a PMMA precoat surface. This device is for cemented use only. Read more >

NexGen® Complete Knee Solution Legacy Knee Constrained Condylar Knee (LCCK)
The NexGen Legacy LCCK Femoral Component is intended for patients who, in the surgeon's judgement, require additional prosthetic stabilization due to inadequate mediolateral, anteroposterior and varus/valgus ligament function, and require augmentation and/or stem extensions due to inadequate bone stock. The NexGen LCCK is available with a non-coated fixation surface. This device is for cemented use only. Read more >

NexGen® RH Knee
The NexGen Rotating Hinge Knee is designed to address the key issues that relate to many conventional rotating hinge knee designs. The design of the NexGen RH Knee features a modular hinge mechanism that results in 95% of the load being carried by the tibial condyles*, similar to the loading pattern of a primary implant design. Because the femoral condyles remain centered on the tibia throughout the range of motion and the shape of the patella groove is similar to the NexGen design, patella tracking is similar to a primary knee design. Since the NexGen RH Knee takes advantage of modular design by using NexGen Augments, the basic bone cuts are the same as those made for NexGen primary system components. This helps to minimize bone loss and allows use of instrumentation commonly used in primary implant procedures.  Read more >

Zimmer® Segmental System
A Step Forward
The Zimmer Segmental System is designed to address patients with severe bone loss associated with disease, trauma or revision.

Cross-System Capabilities
The ability to interchange with selected components from the NexGen® Rotating Hinge Knee and MOST Options® System offers significant flexibility for reconstructions.  Read more >

Augmentation Patella
Restoring Stability
The Augmentation Patella is intended to help compensate for defects in the patella during revision total knee arthroplasty. The All-Polyethylene Patella is cemented into the Trabecular Metal™ Base and remaining patella bone stock. Additional fixation is provided by suture attachment to soft tissue. Read More >
