The Original Müller Straight Stem meets these and many other key criteria in an exemplary manner: the anchorage concept is based on a self-locking principle and guarantees perfect contact in the frontal plane. Its straight, conical shape guides the stem into a neutral position in the femur. It finds the median axis almost automatically, so that a varus or valgus position can be practically excluded.
