Anatomical Shoulder™ System
This unique system offers the advantages of a «custom-made» prosthesis. The modularity and design of the Anatomical Shoulder allows accurate and reproducible reconstruction of the glenohumeral joint thus restoring normal kinematics of the limb.  Read more >

Anatomical Shoulder™ Primary System
Traditionally, patients undergoing shoulder reconstruction faced two postoperative tasks. First, they had to let the shoulder tissues recover, as would be expected. Then they had to adapt to anatomical changes imposed by a first- or second-generation implant that offered nothing more than an approximate fit. Read more >

Anatomical Shoulder™ Inverse/Reverse
The geometry reverses the normal relationship between scapular and humeral components, moving the center of rotation medially to increase the lever arm of the deltoid muscle, and lowers the humerus to increase tension of the deltoid. This allows the deltoid to compensate for rotator cuff deficiency, both in terms of joint stability and function.  Read more >

Anatomical Shoulder™ Fracture
Due to the anatomical design, the FX spikes, the effective medial base-plate design, the surface, the special FX suture holes for an anatomical repositioning of the tuberosities below the head back to the original anatomy, it is specialized for anatomical reconstruction in case of proximal 3- and 4-part fractures. Also convertible to an Anatomical Shoulder Inverse/Reverse System without stem removal.   Read more >

Trabecular Metal™ Reverse Shoulder
Trabecular Metal Reverse - Evolution Meets Revolution
The geometry reverses the normal relationship between scapular and humeral components, moving the center of rotation medially to increase the lever arm of the deltoid muscle, and lowers the humerus to increase tension of the deltoid. This allows the deltoid to compensate for rotator cuff deficiency, both in terms of joint stability and function, using the same stem for inverse/reverse or hemi application.  Read more >

Trabecular Metal™ Glenoid
Designed for strength, stability and longevity, Zimmer offers surgeons the Trabecular Metal Glenoid, a component designed to hold the hope of enduring fixation.

Fixation may be enhanced through Trabecular Metal Material’s biologic in-growth properties.

Durom® Shoulder Cup Humeral Head Surface Replacement, Cemented
It is restricted to the replacement of the humeral head surface. The concept is intellectually based, on the one hand, on resection-interposition arthroplasty, in that a thin metal cap is chosen as an interposing component. On the other hand, it can be understood as a miniaturization of the stem type of prosthesis.  Read more >

Zimmer® Collagen Repair Patch
Rotator Cuff Tear Solution
The Zimmer Collagen Repair Patch is a biological implant consisting of an acellular scaffold of collagen and elastin, derived from porcine dermal tissue. The material is purified and cross-linked through a patented process that makes it resistant to collagenase degradation. The result is a strong, durable biological implant that is readily and consistently colonized by host tissue and blood vessels.  Read more >
